After you placed your order, you will get an automatic confirmation with your ordering informations (if you choose bank transfer as payment method, the bank account details are included also). If you completed the inpayment (in the selected way) your order would be processed within 1 working hour, if you compensates for the debit.
Processing is happen to 9AM to 8PM a day in our shop in CET, Central European Time. The start of shipping and final processing is depends on our partner, who may have different processing policy.
When the processing occured?
We are based in Europe, any processing (like manual confirmations after your succesfully payment, preparing and mandate for shipping) are happen in Central European Time (CET, GMT+1).

How can I place order?
You are welcome to place order as guest or as a registered user. Both way are fast and can be carried out in a few minutes.
During any order you will need to enter your data, like personal and contact informations (name, e-mail, phone) billing and shipping address (if its different you are able to enter both), and payment informations. You can choose different payment options (you can read more information about them above), and after your the order is placed the webshop will forward you to a summary page of the webshop.
Am I going to get any confirmations?
Yes you are going to get confirmation via e-mail after your purchase with your order informations. After a successful payment you are also get confirmation with an attached invoice in PDF format.
Regarding the invoices, you can find further information on “How to get my invoices” support page.
You can choose your sizes, colors and other kind of different options for the products, where its aviable. If the product options are aviable you find find them on the page of the product over add to card button.
Its important, the system do not let you to add variable product to your cart while the option (like size, color) not been chosen.
Tracking Your Order
You can use order tracking options easily, You will only need to open “Order Tracking” page or your account (if you were registered). First option if for guest customers, second is for registered users of course.
If you opened Order Tracking page from Help Center useful tools (LINK) you are only need to enter your order number, and the current informations are listed for you.
The Accepted Cards and Methods
We are providing several opportunity to you when you are shopping. It is important for us to offer payment methods and accepted credit and debit cards as much as possible.

The third way to complete your payment is the traditional bank transfer. After your purchase you are going to get our banking informations where you have to transfer the amount for the products. You will able to find all of the banking informations after checkout and in the first confirmation e-mail (if you choose this way as a payment).
Airshowinfo Webshop usually receives international wire transfers about two to four business days to process. After payment is received, your order will be shipped, and you will get the confirmation and shipping informatiosn in e-mail after that.
Credic Card Payment (STRIPE)
Stripe Payment Gateway system allow you to use your credit or debit card for fast and safe payment. During the process you need only to enter your credit card informations – card number, expiration date and the three-character safety code -.
During the checkout, you will need to select “Stripe” from the list of the payment options and you can complete your payment in a clearly visible and easy to use pop-up payment window.
You can check “Remember me” option if you would like to save your credit card informations. IMPORTANT: We do not store this kind of informations on our severs!

Apple Pay (STRIPE)
If you are using Apple device with iOS or OSX operation systems you will be able to pay via Apple Pay fast and safe. Apple Pay is provided by Stripe gateway system on our webshop.
During shopping you can choose “Buy with Apple Pay” button instead of Add to Cart, and you will able to pay for a single product easily.
If you are buying multiple products (one or more) you will also able to pay with Apple Pay it is a possibility on the top of the Checkout page during the end of purchase.

What is SSL and how to help protect your data?

Anyone can create a certificate, but browsers only trust certificates that come from an organization on their list of trusted CAs. Browsers come with a pre-installed list of trusted CAs, known as the Trusted Root CA store. In order to be added to the Trusted Root CA store and thus become a Certificate Authority, a company must comply with and be audited against security and authentication standards established by the browsers.
